Helping motorists appeal private parking notices on legal grounds which may help the cancelling of a pcn

CheckPCN provides an online service for motorists who have received a private Parking Charge Notice.

This service checks the pcn and information shown on the uploaded notice against relevant requirements, including Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 where applicable.
