CheckPCN provides an automated review of private Parking Charge Notices and generates a report based on the information visible in the uploaded documents.
The service is intended to provide general information only and is not a substitute for legal advice from a qualified solicitor.
The fee displayed on the website is a one-off payment for a single report. There are no recurring subscriptions unless expressly stated.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. CheckPCN does not receive or store your full payment card details.
If you are purchasing a digital service from CheckPCN, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
However, by placing an order and requesting that CheckPCN begins providing the service immediately, you expressly request immediate performance of the service.
You acknowledge that once the digital service has been fully provided, you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.e.
Although CheckPCN aims to identify potential compliance issues, no guarantee can be given that a parking charge will be cancelled, an appeal will succeed, or court proceedings will be avoided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheckPCN shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on an automated report without independent verification.
The content, reports, branding and software used by CheckPCN remain the intellectual property of CheckPCN unless otherwise stated.
